What is this about?

Our group abseiling tours are perfect for adventurers wanting to experience the thrill of controlled descent in a safe, social setting. Whether you’ve never tried abseiling before, want to build confidence on the ropes, or just want a fun day out with friends, our experienced guides will ensure everyone has an amazing time while maintaining the highest safety standards.

  What do we need to own/bring?

  All abseiling safety equipment is supplied by The Climbing Company, however if you own your own harness/helmet you are more than welcome to bring it along!

• Helmets are worn on all outdoor Climbing Company courses – but as with all of the other safety equipment, we have these if you don’t own one.
  Non-abseiling equipment:
  You will need to bring suitable clothing and footwear for light hiking to the abseil sites, and your own lunch and water for the day (and a camera for those epic shots!).

  I have never abseiled before. Is this tour suitable for me?

  Absolutely! This tour is specifically designed for beginners and those new to abseiling. We can tailor the experience to your comfort level and abilities, starting with easier descents and progressing as your confidence grows. No previous experience required – just enthusiasm for adventure!
