Real challenge. real growth. real results.

Climbing together puts people in situations they can’t fake their way through. There’s no seniority on the rock face, just clear communication, shared focus, and genuine support for the person on the rope.

The skills that make a good climber turn out to be the same ones that make a good team. Trust in your partner. Decision-making under pressure. Knowing when to lead and when to follow.

It carries back into the workplace long after the harnesses are packed away.

We run rock programs across Victoria’s best outdoor climbing locations, all year round.

Every program is led by ACIA-qualified guides and structured around your group size, experience level, and what you want to get out of the day.

The ideal starting point for most groups. Everyone can participate regardless of fitness or experience, and the belay partnership builds trust and communication in a way that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.

frequently asked questions

Not at all.

Our programs are designed for complete beginners and we adapt the day to match your group. Whether your team includes seasoned outdoor enthusiasts or people who’ve never left the office on a weekday, everyone gets something out of it.

That’s completely normal and we plan for it. Participation is always voluntary. Nobody gets pushed beyond what they’re comfortable with.

Not keen on climbing? Your guide will get you involved with belaying instead.

Some of the most valuable people on the day are the ones cheering from the ground and managing the ropes. The team bond is just as strong whether you climbed up, walked down, or held the ropes from below.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 weeks ahead for most programs.

Summer months have the best availability for corporate groups, while school term periods book out earlier. The sooner you lock in a date the better.

Transport to and from the location is arranged by your team.

Most of our standard locations are within an hour of Melbourne, making it an easy drive or organised coach.

We’re happy to recommend transport options and will provide full location details including parking and meeting points once you’re booked in.

Yes. If you have something specific in mind – communication, leadership, bringing a new team together, or just a genuinely good day out – tell us and we’ll build the program around it.

Standard customisation is included at no extra cost.

Safety always comes first.

If conditions aren’t suitable on the day we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund. For client-initiated cancellations more than 14 days out, a full refund applies.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due one week prior.

Our standard programs run for groups of 3 to 27 people.

For environmental reasons we cap groups at 15 participants per crag. For larger teams we run split activities or use multiple areas within the same location, which actually means smaller groups with more dedicated guide attention for everyone.

For groups larger than 27, get in touch and we’ll work out the best format for your team.
