We acknowledge that our climbing adventures take place on the ancestral lands of Aboriginal peoples, including the Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia and Jupagulk peoples of the Mt Arapiles (Dyurrite) region, Djab Wurrung and Jardwadjali peoples of the Grampians (Gariwerd) region, Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung and Taungurung peoples of the Mt Macedon (Geboor) region, Taungurung peoples of the Cathedral Range (Nanadhong) region, Wadawurrung peoples of the You Yangs/Geelong region, and Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri peoples of the Werribee Gorge region. As leaders in outdoor education, we’re committed to modeling respectful land use practices and building a climbing community that honors both the natural environment and the continuing cultural connections of Traditional Owners.
